I have been eating at Rosita's since 1986 and have never had a bad experiance there. The food is great, though I wish they still had some things on the menu that they have taken off. The service and value are better than most mexican (non-fast food)

The food is authentic and delicious. Portion size is generous and El Penasco's frozen margaritas are the best in Tempe and perhaps beyond.
The decor is a combination Mexican cantina and all you can eat Chinese restuarant.
