Okay it's been a while since I've been here as I've not been able to visit south Florida for some time. I wanted to see if Bamboo Garden has kept up the quality as I had reviews last time. I am happy to report my review stands from my last visit. They have truly turned this place around the the food is one of the most authentic and freshest around. We ordered the Chicken Lettuce Wrap which was one of the best I've had. If you are familiar with PF Chang's chicken lettuce wrap and like it then don't expect this to taste anything like it. This is the authentic way to do lettuce wraps! Also the Honshu Tofu with Chinese Broccoli was excellent. The tofu was so soft and sliky an it really made it a very refreshing and light dish that you can down a lot of without weighing you down. I believe the Ginger Lobster here remains the best in town. Once again if you haven't been back to Bamboo Garden in a while you definitely should give them a try!

This restaurant unfortunately has had a bad rap due to some hiccups in the past with inconsistent food quality but I must report after dining here twice this week, they seemed to have turned things around. The food was excellent as was the service. You can see many locals coming in and have good rapport with the waiters and workers. I must admit it has been a long while before I have been here but I think people should revisit this place once again. In fact I would classify their food as one of the best here in the Pembroke Pines area! The popular choice these days among the Chinese people seems to be China Pavilion. However I also have been there twice this week and they are good but the freshness of some of their items seems to be slipping. See my other review of China Pavilion on this site. Also some of their dim sum items was just not as good as Bamboo Garden. I love the Shrimp Rice Pasta dish and their Baked Custard Bun which is not on the menu by the way. I can go on and on as to how good this place is and what an unfortunate situation that this place has fallen out of favor with the local Chinese community. I think you will do yourself a favor to try it once again to find that they are indeed back as one of the best Chinese restaurant in town!

Over priced and doesn't taste as good and other cheaper rest. They have a sunset menu that cost as much as ala carte. Service was nice.

Found fish in a vegetable plate, went for a take out and was almost closing time. Food tasted horrible, is medium high expensive and no sauce was served with my shrimp order. I gave them 2 chances and both times they failed.
