I've been to Basha's about 10 times over the last year and a half. The food is consistently very good. The wait staff are pleasant, but the service has been from very efficient to very slow depending on the day. However, even when the service has been slow, I still like the food and the casual atmosphere.

Best Latino Food in Rochester. The service reminds me off Costa Rica or Dominican Republic, not fast but very happy people. Will come back again and again and again. Loved the beef and rice with garlic sauce.
