The level of service that I continously receive at your Ayers location in Corpus Christi is very low. I normally do not complain but on this occassion I felt I needed to voice my displeasure. I did not get my entire order that I paid for. I called the location and spoke with the manager who did ask me to come back to correct the issue. I asked if I needed to bring the plate back but did not get a clear response. When I went back to the location they acted like were doing me a favor correcting my order and told me they needed the plate back to fully correct the error. I was never apologized to for the error or the fact that I had to leave my home and return to a cold dinner. This location is notorious for getting my order wrong but it is the closest to my residence. As a manager of customer service, I realize that mistakes happen. However, I also know that making the customer feel that the problem is theirs only is not good business.
absolutely excellent korean food, only problem is that some of the waiters have a really strong accent and can't speak english very well. A little overpriced, but overall a good place to get some good Korean food.
Food was below average, and the service was even worse. Took over 20 minutes to get a BBQ plate that was pre-made. portions were very small and owner had the attitude that he was owed something. Would never return or advise anyone else to go.
