Bistro 536 is happy to let you all know we are offering a new menu
Some of our new dinner dishes include:
- Panko encrusted brie with toast points and cranberry coulis
- Grilled salmon with a risotto cake and grilled zucchini topped with a roasted red pepper pesto
- Grilled chicken over sage & butternut squash ravioli and wilted spinach topped with a brown butter cream
Don't worry we have kept some of the crowd favorites from the original menu as well..
- Goat cheese crostini with wild mushroom saute, baby spinach and balsamic vinaigrette
- Poached Pear salad over baby spinach with toasted almonds, brie, & dried cranberries served with balsamic vinaigrette
- Traditional bouillabaisse with shrimp, grouper, scallops & clams in a white wine saffron broth with French baguette.
