What I like about the Charleston area is their selections of high quality restaurants. The Mustard Seed is no different. When a restaurant draws a pretty good crowd on a Tuesday night you'll know you're in for a treat. Everything on the menu sounded delicious and posed a difficult choice to narrow down to an entree. I ended up ordering their Atlantic Salmon (medium rare) with green beans and wild mushrooms. The dish was nicely decorated and done to perfection. The only thing that seemed out of place was the green beans were a touch undercooked. Understandably so since they were busy. Also the service was prompt and courteous.
