Blue Velvet's design also incorporates green elements such as rapidly renewable materials and a rooftop garden that produces herbs, vegetables and fruit for the kitchen.

The globally inspired wine list is dynamic and affordable, and features varied appellations that complement the diverse menu. Prices generally range from $30-$90, while a Reserve List showcases more celebrated labels. A wide selection of wines is offered by the glass.
