My husband and I went here for dinner. We had the rudest waiter who acted like serving us was a bother. We waited over an hour for our dinner, when asked why it too so long (and the food was cold), he said they had a private party downstairs that was more important. He never refilled our drinks, asked if our meal was OK, or cared that our food was cold. We have told everyone to never eat here.

Very rude management. Received an old menu, therefore I was overcharged. Instead of making it right, they ripped up the menu in front of me. When I asked for the manager, he would not make it right either. Upon politely pressing the issue, he stomped over to the change jar, counted very loudly the number of quarters that would make my change, and gave me my refund in quarters. It was humiliating. Then when I called back for the owner, I was lied to and told she lived out of town when in fact she was in the restaurant. I still cannot believe this restaurant stays in business with customer service like that.

Fast Food
The salad bar was terrible, the lettuce was old. Everything should have been thrown out!! The pizza was cold, what little pizza they had on the buffet. We were dining at 12:30 and expected more to choose from. What a waste of $8.50
Fast Food
Went with my three year old and some friends the food was great. Our waiter was amazing. Oh a bonus is five and under are free and 5-11 are a fraction of the price. It is a fancy locations. And would definetly recommend it.
Fast Food
the people are great -- the food is great -- what I don't understand is why you can get a cb plate with a drink for $5.99 but a chili cb plate with a drink is over $2 more -- so much for specials -- seems out of whack to me but i'll keep going b ...

EXCELLENT FOOD - can be a small wait time, but well worth it.

I was overcharged at Brick Street Cafe. Instead of making it right, the management was incredibly rude to me. When I politely pressed the issue since they had no interest in giving me back my money, the manager went over to the change jar, got quarters out of it, and loudly gave me back my money in quarters, making a very dramatic show. This was after I had to press for money I was overcharged. Other patrons were standing with mouths open b/c of the rudeness. When I called to ask for the owner, I was told the owner lived far away, when in fact she was in the restaurant and lives locally. Furthermore, I spoke to her, she promised to make things right and never contacted me again.
