I work in the area and I have been to Cam Ranh Bay at least a dozen times for lunch during the weekdays. Lunch specials are good. Lots of tofu dishes on the menu, which is hard to find. The Vietnamese iced coffee is great!!

The food tastes great and they have some inexpensive lunch specials. The service is pretty quick too.
They're very quick at turning tables which is great for the lunch crowd that has to get back to work.
They do give more rice than entree with their specials though. It's more like 2 parts rice to 1 part everything else.

Never have been disappointed excellent food, good portions, and very hot. The choices are very varied and the pricing is fairly reasonable
