Perfecto and Celia Lopez began what is now known as Celia's in 1961 at 4019 Judah St. in San Francisco. All of our locations are family owned and operated. We are not franchised. Through the Lopez-Rodriquez and extended family, now entering their third generation in The San Francisco Bay Area restaurant business, we have proudly followed all of Dona Celia's and Don Perfecto's recipes and their philosophy about carefully prepared food and love of family.
