Excellent food. The new owners are much better at their craft than the previous owners (Lin's garden). Great portions also.

A good Chinese take-out place. Ignore the review of Lin' Gardens from 2002, this is a new owner. The food is as good as you get around here. Eat-in motif is a bit sparse.
Have eaten there for years and love the food and how we are treated. We have tried most items on the menu and all are very well done and alot of attention is paid to detail. Only thing that could be better are the egg rolls and they are good but dont

Excellent food, very clean dining area and kitchen. The employees are always friendly and love kids and show it. We eat in or carry out from Beijing once a week and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended for food quality and value.
I am picky about the quality of food, especially when it comes to Asian cuisine. Lived in the area for over one year and still have not found better Chinese.
This is the best Chinese restaurant in Hamilton County. The food is excellent, the service is superb, the wait staff is friendly, and the value and portions are right on. My kids love the food and the lack of MSG makes your dining experience all th

What a pleasant surprise to stop in at Mandarin House and get such wonderful food. It will now be one our regulars. I'm only sorry it took us so long to find it.

I eat here all the time. The food is great. It usually is ready on time - on occassion they are swamped with business and can be a little late but that is rare. Honestly, it's a better place to get take out as the inside is nothing special. The woman who runs the restaurant is the hardest working woman I have seen. As busy as she is, she always tries to go the extra mile on service. I have been there for the lunch buffet and it's good, too - but mostly we get take out and enjoy it. They usually throw in something free if it's a decent size order...which is a bonus.

I picked up carry out from Lin's tonight, was told it would be ready in 20 minutes but it wasn't ready until 40 minutes had past. The last time I ate here I ordered fried wontons and they sent me home with crab rangoon. They did the same thing again tonight. An order of Chicken Chow Mai Fun tasted like the plastic container it was in had been set in a microwave and partially melted into the food. An order of hot n sour soup was just as bad. My egg roll was horrible, The wonton soup, the potstickers and the sweet rolls were ok, but it seemed that everything that was fried tasted terrible. I got potato skins and cheese sticks for my kids and when they refused to eat these I tasted them and about gagged. It was terrible. I think there must have been a problem with their oil they were frying the food in. Here's some good advice, if you want chinese food in Carmel there are plenty of restaurants. However at all costs you must avoid Lin's Garden, at the corner of 126th street and US 31, next door to Joe O'malia's Grocery unless you like being disappointed, in that case, have at it.
