One of the better Dim Sum restaurants in NC. I've traveled to Charlotte, Triad, the research Triangle area and this is one of the better I've had. I must admit I didn't give the food 4 stars because I have had Dim Sum in Hong Kong and other parts of the U.S. and they are better than China One. But as the saying goes... "Beggars can't be choosers" especially if I'm stranding in a state that I can count the restaurants that can do Dim Sum with one hand... :( I'm looking forward to going back to try their dinner items.
