They promote "pace your meal". Just tell your server if you want to speed it up or slow it down. On not a particularly busy night, I asked for a slower experience. My mistake. While the steak was cooked correctly, it along with a lobster tail were dried out like they had sat under a heat lamp for a long time "pacing my meal". Not a good experience. Too many really good steak houses in Ft. Worth to return here.

We celebrated our 5th anniversary here at the suggestion of the concierge at the Omni Hotel. The food and wine experience surpassed our expectations. Our waiter, Nathan, was probably one of the best waiters we've had anywhere in the world (and we travel extensively).
Worst food and service ever. The food had something that didn't belong there and I felt that I may have chipped my tooth. The manager came and picked up the unidentified piece and disappeared. Never apologized, never came to tell us what it was, nev

This is a great place to enjoy a wonderful juicy and tender steak. The steak is always cooked perfectly the way you order it and has great flavor. I continue to visit once a month or more to enjoy a great steak at a very reasonable price. Best value

This buffet focuses on quantity instead of quality. Every vegetable tasted like it had soaked in water until nothing was left except water and plant cellulose. The choices were water-logged veggies, grease, or salt. Nothing had a distinct flavor b

Food, ambience, and service outsanding. We have eaten here probably 20 times in the past 10 years, and they have never failed to amaze us. Yes, it is expensive, however, the best usually is!

Big disappointment! My wife and I chose this resturant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were very disappointed when compared to our expectations. While the food was good, it was way overpriced. When we entered and exited the resturant, employees were clustered in the lobby, more interested in talking to eachother than us. Our waitress did not offer to tell us about the day's specials ... we learned they had them when she told the people at the next table after we ordered. And our table felt like eating at Denny's ... people 12 inches away, separated by a glass wall. I've had better steak and service at Steak & Ale.
Can be very expensive, very quickly, so be prepared for a big tab.
The food is superb, the wine list excellent!
Want to see the movers and shakers in fort Worth, only at Del Frisco's

This is a great date or business restaurant. Although kids are welcome, it is more conducive to an adult atmosphere. My wife and I have eaten at many places all over the metroplex and Del Frisco's is by far and away our favorite! Obviously, the steaks are great but you must try the crab cakes, shrimp appetizer and the au gratin potatoes! Excellent!
