Chef Antonio Friscia ceaselessly scours the San Diego landscape for sustainable sources of seasonal ingredients around which to build his menus, the environment inside Dish will reflect a certain natural charm as well. An abundance of natural light plays off the lush color scheme. The mixed aromas of bakery and garden whet the appetite for light fare and rich cuisine equally. It's a feast by all accounts, even before you take your first bite.
