I love this restaurant so much! They do breakfast amazingly, as well as lunch and dinner. I don't know what the diner above that complained of a taller girl with a nosering was talking about, she seated me and my wife and she was pleasant, and always was prompt in helping us if we needed it. Everybody that we encountered was. They seem to be very committed to service. Those kids are so busy on some nights, who can blame them for being a tad bit stressed? But it didn't show when they actually talked and dealt with the customers. This is a fantastic crew, and all of them should get the credit that they deserve.
Not to mention, the best margaritas that I've ever had. :)

El Burro Loco has great food and a quaint little atmosphere. It is to bad some of the employees are kind of unpleasant. I was really quite impressed with the mushroom tamales and all the other vegetarian entrees on the menu. They have reasonable prices and really great food. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone driving up to one of the resorts on Mt. Hood. Its a very convenient place to stop and refuel! We had a great waitress but the girl who helped us at our table at first was a taller larger girl with very shaggy messy hair and a nose ring. She was short spoken and unfriendly, we watched her grow more and more unpleasant and even text message on her phone for a while and ignore customers. No one else working there seemed to notice. All in all the place was nice and pleasant I suppose she just stuck out like a sore thumb. It didn't take away from our experience but we probably could not say the same thing for the other customers there that night. I recommend going but make sure to get the right staff.
We eat at the Bistro on an average of once a week and really enjoy having dinner with Steve and Ann. It feels like you are going to their home. They know their regulars by first name and treat us all like royalty. Never a rush to eat and go and we
