Restaurant Description

Get rid of a waitress named Eli or she will put you out of business for bad mouthing the owner and manager. We will not eat there again.

My friends ate there this past weekend and our waitress who is an american asked could she take a bite of our food. I thought this was the strangest request. We of course told her no but still several time during our dinner she kept asking. After we were finihed before she removed the plates she did eat what was left. My friends and I just watched her. If your going to eat the just don't come on Thursday, Fridays or Saturdays because this is her PT job and these are the nights she works.

This is one of the best restaurants in town - is a place that my entire family of 6 agrees on - and one that we can afford to visit a few times a month. The food is fresh and delicious, the service is pleasant and the servers are very efficent. The buffet is a great option and value if you are hungry - nice variety and always well stocked. Ordering off the menu is always super fast, too. Brought my family plus 8 extra little girls there for the kick off of a slumber party and could not believe how great it went. completely disagree with the reviewer who used this as a plug for El Bronco......El Tapatio is by far the best Mexican Restaurant in Warner Robins, Centerville......and I could keep going (and we moved her from Texas and have had lots of Mexican food!) Their new expanded patio is fabulous, too!

I have eaten here on many occations. Last year I moved to the Tampa area and expected to find similar food.No such luck! El Tapatio is Clean, friendly, and the food is always fresh. You never have the feeling you are eating out of an all day supply. Everything tastes made to order! Best in the South in my opinion!

I'm from New Mexico and am of Spaniard decent so if there is one thing I know is Spanish and Mexican food. When I heard of El Tapatio I figured it was another "White Mexican" food that serves greasy food with no pride in their dishes. After eating their though it became my favorite place for Mexican food in all of Georgia. The authenticity and food is much like you would find where I live. Given their chile and salsa is not hot at all the taste is their. I would recommend anyone wanting something different from the same BBQ that you get everywhere in Georgia to give this place a shot. Service is great along with the atmosphere. Oh and it also becomes a "Cantina" at nights with live music and drinks.

Took over an hour to get our food. Then it took another 15 minutes after we requested the ticket to get it.
When the cashier asked how everything was, I explained and all they said is sorry. When I mentioned most restaurants would give you a discount for your inconvience, they continued ringing up the items and didn't really listen.
El Bronco is still the best in Warner Robins! They have excellent food and service!

When El Tapatio opened, I thought: Great, another Mexican restaurant. I wasn't even going to go, but a friend said that food was pretty good. The food is excellent. I think their forte is chicken and shrimp. I don't usually eat either one, but their's is so full of flavor that I get one or the other almost every time I go. Again, the food is excellent. But, the real reason I keep going back is the service. There is no where in the middle Georgia area that can boast the service that El Tapatio has. When you eat there, they treat you like you're family. They're always friendly and are genuinely glad to see you. After we'd been in a few times, the waiters remembered my husband and me by name, our favorite dish, what we get to drink. It's really amazing the atmosphere of this little restaurant. As long as they stay in business, I won't go to another Mexican resaurant. They're #1!
