Jimmy, the sushi chef, makes beautiful and delicious rolls; he's always seemed happy to prepare rolls not on the menu as well. The miso soup and green tea are light and tasty. Although not as much my thing, the hibachi grill is a great experience, especially for children and less-adventurous adults.
