I would DEFINITELY recommend eating at Golden Moon. I've been eating there for 20 years and have NEVER had anything that was bad! My kids love going there too!

It is too great to even describe. I have been eating there since I can remember, and as a family we have been dining there since before it was even called Golden Moon. I must say that this is the BEST restaurant I have ever eaten at, and will ever eat at. I don't say that because I am biased, but more so because it is truly that good. Would I recommend someone drive hundreds of miles to eat at Golden Moon? Let's just say I would. No other Thai/Chinese restaurant can do what these guys do... way to go Don!

Golden Moon is AWESOME! I tasted multiple dishes and each had a taste that was wonderfully unique compared to other Thai and Chinese restaurants that I have tried. The service was excellent and the staff was curtious and friendly.

I live 4 hours away and I will drive to Weatherford just to eat at golden moon. You can't find better chinese food anywhere and I highly recommend this restaurant.

The best chinese in the Weatherford AND DFW metroplex- been eating here for about 20 years, everyone I recommend it to loves it! I drive from Granbury 30 miles just to eat here-

We ordered take and the food was so horrible we threw it away! I will NEVER eat there again and would NEVER recommend it to anyone!

I love Golden Moon! The owner is very friendly and the food is delicious! My favorite dish is the "smiley chicken" It is bamboo shoots and chicken and has a spicy curry flavor. Yum! It is probably the cleanest Chinese restaurant that I've ever been to and they give you a ton of food. Each dish can feed you for about 3 meals.

I have been enjoying the fresh Thai cuisine at The Golden Moon since the first day they opened their doors, over 20 years ago. Best dishes: Imperial Noodles (Pad Thai), Spring Roll, wonton soup, beef sate with peanut sauce and cucumber salad. The best Iced Tea in DFW metroplex!

This is my favorite restaurant ever! SOOO good. My favorites are: spring rolls, egg-drop soup, Chicken fried rice, Barbecued chicken, Sweet and sour pork, and you GOTTA try the plum sauce (the orangeish sauce on the table). Also, the owner is actually Thai, so instead of just regular Chinese, you get a hint of Thai flavor (one reason why the sweet and sour sauce is so good.) They also serve chicken nuggets, chicken fried steak and curly seasoned fries for kids (or picky eaters)
