Our chicken salad was served without the chicken and little effort was made to correct it, in addition, my steak was under cooked. Worst of all the wait staff is rude and required us to hand them dishes across the table. Even when serving the staff prefers to stand on one side of the table and hand plates to be passed. Water had to be ordered twice and one gets the impression it’s a bother to provide such a service. Management needs replacement and a good training program needs to be implemented. Customer service needs to be revived and attention to detail and proper etiquette should be reestablished. While the chain has many fine restaurants this is not one of them.
