This has got to be one of the top three bbq's I have ever had.....and I've had a lot. I sampled the brisket and the sausages. The brisket ranks a 9 out of 10, The sausage was a perfect 10 out of 10. Juicy, flavorful...absolutely wonderful. I'm already planning my next trip down to New Braunfels I would HIGHLY recommend this place to all family and friends, and I'm glad I don't live closer or I'm sure I would weight over 500lbs.......
