I am writing this of complaint, because of an incident that happen on three-10- 2009 at about 5:20 pm. The store this incident happens at was the Hardee on Clemmonsville Rd. I went in the store, there was one person ahead of me, the person at the counter took their order. Then she went to do something else. By this time three other customers had come in behind me. When Crystal McBride who I later found was working the counter, came back, she went right past me and took the other people order, which had come in after me. At first, I could not believe what had just happen. I do not believe this is acceptable customer service at any restaurant. I asked to speak to the manger; she actually tried to justify, Crystal Mc Bride behavior. What really bother me why I was trying to explain what happen, Crystal McBride was standing there making sarcastic remarks, to me while I was telling her manger what she had done, which lead me to believe, the workers here in this store know they can say and do anything they like to the customer, and that there will be no discipline, action taken .Since the worker seem to think that any behavior is alright. I will be sending this to the Parent Corporation, and posting this letter on the Active Dinner review of restaurants in Winston Salem.
