The voodoo shrimp was tasteless... the salad was gritty... the greens, macaroni and chesse were horrible. I chose take-out, so I wasn't aware until I got home that they did not include any barbeque sauce for my ribs, which most definitely needed sauce.

The salad dressing was good.

One on the worst dining experiences I ever had in my life. My wife and I went on a slow Wednesday night 10 June 2009. The server gave us corn bread that tasted like it was at least a day old when we asked her to replace it with some fresh corn bread she replied "that they are making some fresh corn bread in the kitchen, after she brought us out our appitizer (The Roxbobourgh Sampler $19.00) we asked about the corn bread that they brag about in thier menu she said "that it would be awhile well after we had left, we asked again later then she said they were not making any more tonight (we arrived there at 6:45), after we recieved the sampler I then noticed that there was one item missing from the sampler. Believe it or not is was the BBQ rib tips. For our meal I ordered the Shaker Chicken which according to thier menu is the best fried chicken in the world, when I tasted the first bite it reminded me of fried chickein that you buy from ACME with the exception of one thing at least the chicken from ACME was done, all of the chicken was pink and raw on the inside. My wife complained that her Jambalya could have come out of a box. To think I traveled from Abington to spend $51.00(that's after they took the live chicken off of the bill) I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. It was terrible with no apologies from the staff. EAT THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Food was authentic bbq - not the "smoke-in-a-bottle" stuff you get at similar rib joints. The menu was awesome with moderately priced entrees of smoked items like ribs, brisket, chicken, etc., and lots of other items that I can't wait to try such as seafood, pasta and a huge assortment of appetizers, specialty brick oven pizzas (my friend tried the white clam and garlic pizza - wow !!!) and family-style side dishes. I had a fried oyster po' boy that made me feel like I was on Bourbon St. without having to pay the airfare. The service was very good and the r&b entertainment was top shelf. They pour a full two ounce drink that wasn't cheap but compareable to what others charge for a lot less booze in the glass and the free parking in back made us feel like we saved money before we even sat down. I'll be back often cause I wanna try so many of their menu items - this place gonna be big if they stay on this track.
