The Chicken Mahkani is incredible! We usually go to the buffet, which is the best way to sample everything from curry meatballs to chicken tandori and chicken mahkani. If you like Indian food, then you'll love this place!

Word to the wise, the more people you go with the more things that you can try. This way everyone in your party is able to sample a variety of Indian food. However, eating your favorite is suggested as well. I really enjoyed the lamb. Also, ask questions. You server is very familiar with the food and able to find a meal that would appease your taste buds. Finally, go hungry. The portions are very generous and you will probably want to try dessert
This is a great restaraunt. They are good for lunch and make a great Shrimp Marsala. They are very friendly and now great us by name. They also on occasion give us free desert.
what a beautiful indian restaurant in san antinio, I thoroughly enjoyed my mango lassi, naan, chicken tikka masala, the atmosphers was upscale and very nice the service, I saw a young man i ask him about food he say thay have grocery store & butcher

No atmosphere, no color, no music, strip mall restaurant with no charm, waiter not friendly, food so-so if you know Indian food, terrible value, overcharge for every little thing, disappointment, I really wanted to find a good place to depend on for

I went w/ a group of 8 people and it took an eternity to prepare our order, but boy was it worth it. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious from the lamb stuffed bread to the tandoori chicken. I will definitely be frequenting India Oven often.....
