The closest thing to home grilled burgers is what you'll find at Chapp's in Keller. They're not stingy with their beef. The only addition that would improve Chapps is a healthy side selection. Grilled veggies, cole slaw, corn on the cobb, salad made

The bar is good. The food and restaurant are not. Our food came out cold and service was only average. We went on a Saturday night and it wasn't busy so there wasn't any good reason for the poor experience. I think that refried beans and rice out of

I've lived in Keller for a few years now, and would pass up Judge Bean alot, but I finally went for the first time about 6 months ago, and now it's one of my favorite restaurants. And when we have our family from New York come in town, we love to take them there to get a taste of great down home cooking with a flare of Texas atmosphere. Everything we've tried on the menu is wonderful, and the staff is really sweet. And now my husband and Dad go on Wednesday nights for the free poker nights.

I took my family to Judge Bean's on a Saturday night. The staff was very friendly, and there was plenty of room. The food was okay, but not great. My kids were still hungry after they ate, and my meal was so salty I could barely finish it. We decided that we would rather spend a little more and go someplace nicer.
Decor like an old Texas ranch-hand mess hall, this is a comfortable, casual surprise on Hwy 377 in Keller. Open for breakfast 7 days, it is rarely crowded, even on Saturday. The thin pancakes with butter-pecan flavored syrup are my personal favorite. Multi-room, multi-level dining areas are usually only full on "Chinken-Fried" nights (Tues/ Thurs)... $4.99 for a full chicken-fried steak or chicken dinner. Guests are invited to decorate a $1 bill and they will post it on the walls! Great family spot with a taste of small-town Texas... See 'ya there!
