I have experienced good service and value for 15 years at this location. It is a family restaurant equal to any of its kind. The clientel is ethnically mixed and that may translate to low ratings by some visitors.

Horrible dining experience. A very rude server, poor quality of food and service was even worse, unresponsive request to talk to manager, no integrity with any employee we encountered. DO NOT EXPECT A GOOD MEAL HERE OR COURTEOUS SERVICE. (Forum Dr. Location). Poor excuse for a North Raleigh Cafeteria. Manager did talk to us upon leaving after a second request. He wants us to dine "with him" again....we will not be back! Another family behind us had a similar experience and stayed to speak to the manager also.
Was a great place, now declining....prices went up, portions went down. I mean $6.00 for a meatball (kids meal w/1, adult portion has 2 & is 6.00 more)...worst part was owner (Anthony) not taking any care about the service or lack thereof, he's just

Love it here. Karaoke on Tuesday's is awesome, and there's always something going on. Food's pricey for not getting sides but drink's are usually fair priced.

The staff is completely rude and hostile. It is rush, rush, rush, rush, rush. If you ask a question, you are given a curt, short and extremely rude answer. They could learn from the art of customer service. Their staff is pitiful and if I owned the restaurant, I would send the entire serving staff to (Customer Service and Manners school). I've never experienced anything like it and I ate there twice to see if my first experience was a fluke. Not! Much to my chagrin, they are in business and no one smiles. It caters manly to the elderly where they could definitely use some smiles and respectful treatment from their pathetic staff. Prices in todays world are high and although they are reasonable, I can take my money elsewhere for the same price and be treated with decency, couteousness and friendly. I just can't say enough about how rude the service personnel is!
