I went here last night with a couple of friends, and we had a wonderful experience. The place is very clean and spacious, the menus nicely organized with detailed descriptions and a variety of choices. The place is busy, so the waitresses are not at your feet 24/7, but we received very friendly, efficient, and kind service.
The meats are marinated to perfection! And you can cook it at your own table, which was a wonderful cultural experience for my friends and I. The prices are fair ($10-$15) and each meal is plentiful.
It was a refreshing change from all the lame places to eat around here. I am hooked! I will definitely be back, and I want to bring my family.

I have eaten at this restaurant many times but this time was by far the worst experience ever, not just at this restaurant, but in my entire life! The servers would rush us to order, they tried to get us to order more food than what we needed, and the servers were rude to us, but the thing that made our night horrible is that after we paid for our meal and we started to walk to our cars, one of the waitresses came out and asked us for more tip!!! In all my life I have never experienced that and because of that I will never eat there again and I will tell everyone I know never to eat there becuase they will try to rip you off with horrible service!

Food is okay, but poor customer service and lack of American cultural expectations of Customer Service plague this restaurant. If you don't pay the gratuity as per their understanding, they will follow you to the parking lot and confront you!
