I ate there with a friend. I wasnt happy. I had fijayas and they were dry and alitle burned. they really din't have much flavor. The beans and rice were bland .With out much flavor. they were slow in bringing things asked for. I would not go again.

I've tried this one recently, and was very disappointed with the food and the service. The Chili Rellenos tasted like chef Boyardi from a can, and was cold when it arrived at the table. The server was unconcerned with exceptional service and seemed to rather make his money by pushing through as many guests as he could. "more tips, instead of better tips". I can forgive poor service as I'm a server myself, but I can't get past that Chili Rellenos recipe. On a positive note I must say that the atmosphere was impressive, full of color and cozy booths.
My sisters and I were very upset because 5 of the waiters kept hitting on us. One of them even tried to get my sister to scoot over so he could sit down and tell her something. They kept looking down me and my sister's shirts. We were very angry, got our food, and left.

my family has been going to La Hacienda Restaurante for years, since i was 8 months old. we started out in another town and since i started school at UNCG we have been at this new one pretty much every other weekend. i can walk in there and see the same people i grew up with and i love it. its nice to go to a place that knows what ur going to want before you sit down
