Dip down to the south of France to La Provence, the authentic Provençal French restaurant. Seafood, poultry, game and fresh produce dominate the menu, and the flavors of herbs, garlic and citrus permeate most dishes. Contrary to Parisian tradition, there is little in the way of cream and butter. Not to forget is their complementing wine list.
