We love this place. It's not TexMex-- it's Mexican. But please don't go because we love that we can get a table.

the food wasn't that great. My wife's dinner wasn't even cooked through, the cheese was still a solid block, nothing melted. We asked for the red sauce, they gave us the green. was told that the heat of the sauce depended on who cooked it that day. yet couldn't answer who made it. won't go back, will continute to eat at Don Gabriels, best Mexican in WC

I spent 8 years in Tucson, AZ, 1 1/2 yrs in San Antonio. I have lived in Mazatlan. This is excellent food. I could not put my finger on the style so I talked with the young man who seems to manage the restaurant. He says that the owner is from Sonora and his wife is from Oaxaca. There is definitely a mixture of these 2 cuisines. The marinated, grilled flavor in the meats are definitely Sonoran with a rich aromas of spices from Oaxaca. Overall, this jewel of Mexican cuisine needs to be on your radar. It saved my lonely soul many a nights while on assignment to the north country.

Awesome authentic Mexican food! Chiles rellenos are the best. Tamales, quesadillas, burritos - are excellent. Staff is very friendly and you get a great opportunity to practice your Spanish! They also have Mexican soda! While you are waiting for your food you can enjoy Mexican telenovelas on Univision. Great experience!

This is not a place you go for ambience, but if you love authentic mexican food this is the place to get it. They even will make the food more mild for you if you request it. The language barrier is not a problem, the owner speaks good english and the employees have no problem with pointing and asking to make sure they get your order right. I have been eating here for 2 years and have never had a bad experience or meal!!!!

Amazing food. I eat here 2-3 times a week. Also a fan of Red Sombrero burritos, but this place is way more authentic. The only mexican I have had that has come close in this country was in los angeles. Maybe not as extensive a menu as some places in Kennett Square, but food is better.
