Your review is rediculous... You obviously know nothing about food - or running a restaurant. You know nothing about what we do for the community, or what kind of mozzarella we use for that matter. Also, we have never claimed to be an "Italian" restaurant, so I don't know why you are using that in your "review". We are an American business that has been open for almost 6 years. If people didn't like us, we would be closed within the first year...along with the other 90% of restaurants...like perhaps the one you tried to open?

Pretentious pizza place. Pseudo-Italian, of the type that believes adding tomatoes and whey cheese makes everything Italian.

The most tasteless pizzas I've had anywhere -- their "cajun" pizza was completely without spices -- not even oregano nor garlic. Your average frozen supermarket no-name pizza will have more taste. That is to say, SOME taste. This had NONE. I'm not exaggerating. The "andoille sausage" and "handcut pepperoni" listed on the menu were nowhere in sight -- instead, there were slices of pseudo-italian breakfast sausage. To add insult to injury, the shrimp on the pizza wasn't shelled. It's OK to serve shrimp with the tail shell on if you are supposed to pick them up, but in a pizza, where you have to dig with your fingers into hot tomato sauce and cheese to get to the tail? Sorry, that's flunking basic cooking and common sense too.

Calamari was served mixed with chopped lemon. Lemon masks seafood taste, and those of us who really love seafood for the subtle taste normally don't want lemon. Lemon should ALWAYS be optional.

Hamburgers? Apparently serving them with an oblong bread, diagonally cut, makes them "Italian" and twice the price. Apart from that, they were less exciting than a whopper -- wilting tomatoes and lettuce, and they hadn't even bothered to use real mayo.

Cooking times is worst in class - we were originally told 50 minutes for pick-up, and when we got there, had to wait for another 15.

When calling in our order, we asked specifically whether one ingredient was present in one of the meals, and was told it wasn't. It turned out it was. The person answering the phone apparently didn't know and guessed instead of asking the kitchen. The restaurant should be happy this was a matter of dislike, and not a food allergy.

Noise level at the restaurant is atrocious. It seems to be a favorite place for kids, which isn't surprising considering the completely bland food.

Prices are extremely high, for the very low quality food at this place. Yet, it's popular. Then again, McDonalds is popular too...
