ITS A NICE FAST-FOOD RESTAURANT.
I am not the biggest fan of McDonald's because I think they take price over quality. I mean, it is okay but most any restaurant can beat them quaility wise. I mean, I will eat there, but it would not be my first choice, One thing I can say is I do like their french fries the best. Their Mcmuffin's and breakfast meals are good too, but not their burgers. Most of the people are nice, but it can be a little dirty sometimes. I recomend it if you are a breakfest person and a fries lover, or you just like them.

Sometimes you don't appreciate an all around great restaurant like Outwest when you live near by. My wife and I really miss this place and wish you could eat there again but we have moved away.

Absolutely, Handsdown, THE WORST place in Kernersville to eat! Will Never go back! Food was fair at best. Service was non-existent, and when I complained it was like I had no clue what service was about.
