While out shopping in the area, we stopping for a quick bite to me. We drove through the drive thru. As I collected orders from everyone in the car, I would relay the info to the wait staff in the speaker. All I ever got to order were our burgers, when I went to order drinks & fries, the person told me they had completed my order & anything else would have to be ordered at the window. He never said "Can I get you anything else, or is there anything else" before closing that order. When I went to the window, I asked to speak to the manager. A gentleman came to the window & when I expressed my concerned, I was then informed he was the person who took my order & I was going to complain, he wasn't going to listen to it, then proceeded to walk away. I have never received such service from a manager. I was appalled that he would even speak that way. He should be a roll model for your customer service. The nice young man at the window was very polite and asked if he could get us anything else but after the managers attitude, I choose not to purchase the extra items. We went next door to Taco Bell. I didn't get the managers name but he was a little heavy set with glasses. This occurred on 10/23/2013 Wednesday night approx 7pm. I will never go into that restaurant unless I hear this situation has been dealt with. Thank you, Sheri -------

I have dined here many times for brunch/lunch/dinner and the food is always consistent and service is exceptional. My fav dinner entrees have been their seafood specials which has always been fresh. Highly recommend!
Best Diner has great food and priced for affordability. The only negative is the lack of phone etiquete from the females who take orders. I think there should be some training on how to treat the peo-le who actually keep the lights on!
