Mr.Jim's has some of the best home cooked food in Fayetteville. You get great food for a GREAT price. Especially the dumplings and pastries on Thursday, they are to die for. GREAT. Service is great and as far as the owners excellent people. Maybe some people should control their kids and others wouldn't have to interfer. Because I have been to alot restaurants where the parents just let the kids do whatever and don't think about the others around them trying to enjoy a decent meal. So maybe think about those around you, and the atmosphere you or your kids maybe causing and try to fix the problem yourself and maybe others won't have to rude or stand-offish (don't think either where). Some people just don't like screaming or kids running around while trying to enjoy their meal. At least I don't and I have 2 kids. MR.JIMS IS GREAT!!!!

Mr. Jims Steakhouse is really not kid friendly. The owners son is very rude and the daughter is standoffish. The food however is decent.
