I just came back from lunch at Nebo's. I've eaten there before but was shocked when I was charged $1.95 to substitute parmigiano cheese for mozzarella cheese. The owner took my order and when I questioned it, she said "that's just how the system puts it in." When you're already paying $8.25 for a sandwich at lunch time, charging someone almost $2 to substitute cheese seems exuberant. A while back, my friend was charged money when he asked for some bread to go with his salad. The food is good but the customer service is lacking. I will not go back to this restaurant.

My family and I went here and my Mother of all people who is so picky loved this location. Just like many locations in Rome. amazing food, amazing atmosphere..we'll be back!
