I took my adult daughter to dinner on Friday (the day after Thanksgiving) for a nice lunch after a busy morning of shopping. There was no receptionist...so we stood there for 20 minutes waiting for her looking at several empty tables. She took my name and we were finally seated.....knew what we wanted to order having waited so long to be seated. Order given: an appetizer and 2 lunch salads with grilled chicken....then we waited. Rolls & drinks finally came. Finished those...more rolls and drinks and finally after about 20 minutes the appetizer came. I could see our salads sitting at the pick up counter but we kept waiting. I finally asked if those were our salads and the waitress said they were but she was waiting for the chicken. Then came the discussion with the cook and apology from the waitress. We got the salads minus the chicken and began to eat. Finished the salad before the chicken arrived. Meanwhile my daughter used the restroom to find NO toilet paper in any stall and NO paper towels. Needless to say our nice lunch after shopping was a huge disappointment. I asked the waitress what was going on and she said they didn't plan on the after Thankgiving Day shopping crowd so they were understaffed. You've got to be kidding me! The place was a mess.....unbussed tables everywhere. While we were finishing up the "chicken" they called our name to be seated. It was crazy and very dissatisfying. I would hope that next year you anticipate the volume of customers a little better and have enough staff to take care of your customers in a more professional manner. Perhaps an occasional peek at the restrooms would be good too.

the wares and latrine are nice but w/ rustic ambience that some may not like.
