After the appetizer and before the main course was served I was engaged in a confidential conversation with my associate and the manager walked over and leaned over our table. He lingered there for a few minutes, making us feel uncomfortable. I final asked him if I could help him and he said he wanted to know if everything was. My associate, annoyed at the manager’s behavior said abruptly that everything is ok and began talking to me again. The manager then told my associate that he is rude and began to lecture him.
