The restaurant as a business establishment has very bad customer service. The atmosphere from Owners on down is poor. The do not honor their internet ad of 5% of your meal, and the men that take your money are very rude. Service by most of the waiters are very bad. It's like everyone is having a bad day. This happen to me each time I visited the establishment. Not good services.
I have eaten lunch many times and also taken food home. I have always been very satisfied with the food - both taste and quantity. Service can suffer if the restaurant is crowded, but otherwise is quick and courteous. I only wish I lived closer so that I could go more often.
