I love this restaurant. It has a very casual atmosphere and is very family friendly. I would personally recommend going on a week night- the service is amazing. It gets fairly busy on weekends.
Make sure you try their homemade pie/ice cream. They have a wide variety on their menu so you can have many options.
I'm a patron and have been going there for many years. Petrow's by far is one of the outstanding omaha restaurants you have to try. The Petrow family has been in the restaurant business for four generations and they know what they're doing. (And they'll be around for quite a while more)
