Jay and Nikomi are pleased to have Daniel Salcido as Phlight's Executive Chef. As a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, he arrives at Phlight after exercising his skill and mastery of Spanish cuisine from restaurants in West Covina, Los Angeles, and Pasadena.Following an enthusiastic re-acquaintance and learning of Daniel's culinary education and experience, it was clear Daniel and Jay's reunion was destined to occur. From this moment forward Jay, Nikomi, and Daniel worked to capture the vision of Phlight where editors at magazines and newspapers have been blitzed by the inspiration of customers announcing that there's a fabulous new tapas restaurant in town.
