I know whenever I go to Red Lobster I can expect fast and friendly service. The waiters are prompt, and the food is great. I must eat there at least twice a month.
Perhaps it's a victim of it's own success, but this place has gone downhill. The last couple of times I've tried it, the food was oily, carelessly prepared, overpriced and the service lousy. I'm not going back. Plenty of other places in town that are
