Sofias place is a New Mexico gem--and it is true that if you did not know about it you would probably either not notice it and drive right by or not like the looks of it from the outside. Inside the restaurant it is a wonderful, bright and happy atmosphere, many people lined up to get the outstanding food. The wait time for my full breakfast has been no longer than 15-20 min and often as quick as 5 min--and that is when they appear to be slammed with business. The food is off the charts--never leaves me feeling like I just ate a bunch of greasy diner food, I aways love what I order, and it's all so fresh and full of flavor. The breakfast enchiladas are unbelievable, and they have one of the best taco salads I have ever had. I also have brought my dogs to the restaurant and sat out on the patio with them. I love Sofia's!!
