We know the secret to great seafood is quality and freshness. That's why we've insisted on the finest seafood the sea has to offer since we opened our first restaurant in 1968. Since then, lots of things have changed. But one thing hasn't – our relentless pursuit of quality and, above all, freshness

a diner from Hebron, OH
Last evening, Sept. 11, My family arrived at the Red Lobster in Heath Oh. at a little past 6:30. We had to wait maybe 15 to 20 minutes for a table which was acceptable. After we ordered our food we probably had to wait at least 30-45 minutes or more after we had FINISHED our salads. The waitress (Candy) came by occasionally asking if we needed anything and said it should just be a few minutes. She did an exceptional job!! After waiting for a meal that took WAY too long, my baked potato didn't even seem to be fully cooked. It was hard in spots and the butter on top of it was like a brick. It was either frozen or just rock hard. My coconut shrimp was excellent but we were so rushed to get the children home after almost 2 hours in the restaurant that some of us brought most of our food home. I left the undercooked potato! I don't know if there was an explaination for this dinner but there was nobody coming around asking if everything was okay. When you have a meal ticket that costs close to $50.00 and another one of about the same cost I would like to think it would be better. Red Lobster has always been one of my favorite places to eat but I'm beginning to wonder if I need to find a different place.
