We celebrated our one year anniversary in the elevator room. It was SO ROMANTIC. The food was good and the ambiance was terrific. The only complaint was that dinner was an ALL evening experience--it took a long time to get our entrees. We missed the play we were planning to see.
Best Italian in town. Be sure to try the cream of roasted garlic soup. The stuffed crepes baked in a cream sauce with cheese are incredible. The "angry" red sauce is perfect.

Went for my birthday last week and it took forever to get waited on (and they were not busy), our food was not that good (everyone who had something with gravy thought it was bad!!), and we had three different waitresses. Terrible service, overpriced food. Had to wait to be seated even though they weren't busy. Also waited twenty minutes for our food.

The servers are always so friendly and remember familiar faces. The food is great, and at a great price. My friends and I eat at La Huerta at least a few times a month. Sometimes they have live music on the patio, which is nice because you can sit outside and listen or inside and talk.
