The first thing we noticed when we arrived was the eerie silence. There was no music playing and it was awkwardly silent. We asked the server to put on some music to liven the atmosphere, after the third request we stopped asking. My wife ordered a glass of chardonnay which tasted like it had bee...

We have enjoyed China One for many years. The food is fresh and delicious. The staff is efficient, kind and welcoming. They remember us from visit to visit, which is unusual! The overall value is excellent.

OK, there is no Italian food in the desert which is anything like Brooklyn. However, this restaurant has good food, ambiance and is not a real chain - very special in the West Valley
The people are very friendly, and the food is very good. They have a nice courtyard at the right time of year. They are small pet friendly as well.
Carvers know how to treat their guests to the finest dining experience one can have. We've gone to Carvers countless times since it opened and we have never left there disappointed. Food, excellent, wine, excellent, deserts excellent, service excellent. We also like the fact that if you go dressed...
My husband and I had a fabulous dining experience at Carvers on Febuary 10, 2007. We had the carvers cut prime rib. It was wonderful. Everything was cooked to perfection and the chocolate desert was fabulous. I would gladly go back! The manager came over to our table and was extremely friendly askin...
I took two out of town guests to Carvers on Saturday evening for dinner. Two of our dinners were okay, however the third one was Tornado's with crab on top. After my guest had two bites of crab she said it was bad and called the waiter. They scraped the bad crab off of the meat and brought her some ste...
Overall meal good, but not great. Ambience compromised by overcrowded seating.
Carver's is one of our favorite restaurants if not our favorite placeto dine.
I am not one to complain, nor take the time to critic a restaurant of poor quality, I usually simply won't go back. HOWEVER, my experience on April 11, 2006 is worth sharing with potential diners!!!! Don't go! The porterhouse was served seriously undercooked! The alaskan crablegs were served FRO...
We visited Carvers on a Saturday night. I was worried because they were not busy.I must say I was surprized for the meal was very good and we received best service that was better then many 5 star restaurants! The staff was outstanding. We will be back in the near future.
3 of us had a delightful time, we were all disappointed in the FOOD. I ordered roast chicken with pine nuts, etc. chicken overcooked, dense and lacked chicken flavor. Daughter ordered tenderloin brochette which was obviously another cut, very flavorful, fatty and chewy, my guess is rib steak. Husban...
One of the West Side’s Best Treasures. We love this place!
ENJOYED THE ATMOSPHERE VERY MUCH. EACH TABLE HAD A DIFFERENT TYPE OF DESIGN. 0NE HAS THE COMICS ON IT. FOOD WAS GOOD. COFFEE GREAT. AFTER THE MEAL I HAD AN ICE CREAM CONE WITH MY FAVORITE THRIFTY ICE CREAM, REMEMBER THOSE WHEN YOU WERE A KID? CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK, I EVEN HAVE A PREFERRED CUST...
Always a pleasant dining experience. Especially when seated in the library room.
