I might have given them a little higher overall rating than they deserve, but that is only because I absolutely LOVE the shrimp and chips and the red sauce is incredible. I have never tried anything else but if it is anything like the shrimp, it has to be good!
I have been going to the Ajo Al's on 90th St in Scottsdale since it opened and had great service. The store on 16th and Camelback needs better bussers and bartenders. Most servers are friendly, but a few have an attitude that makes me feel like an obligation instead of a paying, frequent customer. T...
I agree with some of what others have said. I am a regular weekly customer of Ajo Al's and I love the food. The service at 16th St and Camelback needs work. What is sad is that they don't recognize you even though you go there at least once a week. I love the ambiance and service at the Peoria st...
If you sit at the bar upstairs, you can watch your food prepared and cooked in front of you. Great chefs w/ great personalities. They too deserved to be tipped !
Excellent appetizers and friendly service. BUT, our meal arrived at slightly above room temerature, my wife had my vegetables, she had mine and my fries and fish were stone cold and over-cooked, bread and butter was brought to our table mid way through the meal. By the time my fries were replaced,...
Beautiful restaurant with quite the flair for seafood. It can be a little pricey, but definitely worth the extra cost.
I really enjoy good Mexican cuisine and was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Arriba's. The marguaritas were great and the food was not the standard bland "chain" restaurant food. My only regret is that we do not have an Arriba's where I live. If they did, it would be an instant success.
We have gone to the Phoenix Arriba for a year or so & do so on at least monthly basis. I am hooked on the Carne Adobada: best pork dish in town. Good chips; three sizes of Margaritas; three killer chip dips; and great chips make for a delightful experience. We have been disappointed in the Arri...
This retaurant is the cleanest and the best tasting Mexican fast food. It tastes home made, and I am very picky about Mexican food, especially because I am of Mexican descent. I know what home made should taste like. Good value too.

The food is really good, especially their buffet!
The family atmosphere of this place is great! Many repeat Korean customers should tell you this place is authentic and good! The hostess Miss Kim is very attentive. Food is always fresh and nicely prepared. The pricing is very affordable ($10-$15). Small sushi bar is bursting with creative and delic...

Best combination lunch deals! California roll and teriaki chicken or tempura/chicken for under $6. Includes a big salad, miso soup and green tea. Quality is excellent, but come early or late, at noon it's packed!
Pink Pepper has one of the best lunch buffets in town. Spicy, high quality and lots of variety. Pad Thai is marvelous, as are the curries. The spicy eggplant shouldn't be missed.

The food TOTALLY makes up for the service. The customer service there is terrible, I have actually waited more than half an hour after finishing my food before receiving my check, with no other diners in the restaurant. I have also been offered a box to take my food home before even getting our ma...
Awesome service and the food is delicious! Some of the best, if not THE best pizza I've found in Phoenix. We have made it our regular place to hang out and visit often.
Everything on their menu is delicious! I'm from Buffalo, New York and they have the best chicken wings I've ever had since moving here 13 years ago. Even my brother who drops in Phoenix for buisness has to stop in Ammaccapane's for their wings!
A couple of friends and I dropped in for the football game and lunch. Great place for watching the games. Lots of screens and pretty good food. A couple of unusual items on the menu like frito pie along with all the usual sports bar food. Service was outstanding. One area is partitioned off and...
I FIRST TRIED THEIR TACOS. THEY ARE THE SMALL ONES YOU FIND IN MEXICO AND WERE GOOD EXCEPT THE MEAT WAS OVERCOOKED. THE FRUIT SALAD WAS THE BEST I EVER HAD ANYWHERE AND THE STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM WAS TO DIE FOR. I THINK THEY BOTH ARE THE BEST IN THE WORLD.

What's special about La Parilla is the grilled meats, Mexico City style. Steaks or chicken breasts are chopped and grilled with bacon and green pepper to stuff the tacos. Try the chicken melt (white cheese, flour tortilla, chicken, bacon, avocado and tomato) or the chorizo con queso (very unusual)...
