We wen't here sight unseen for Mother's Day 2010. The food was awesome and plenty of it! Great price for Mother's Day brunch, kids were free w/ paid adult. Great atmosphere, pretty kind friendly, GREAT selection of yummy foods. People were very nice, hoping to go back again this year.
Great neighborhood restaurant. Has all the classics plus a few innovative dishes. James, the owner, is always there to make sure the experience meets expectations. Has outdoor seating as well.
Overall the service is better than the food. One complain that I had was that all the dish were too sweet.
Chin's used to be the only game in town (for Chinese Food), but now there is PF Changs.
Chins prices are expensive and PF Changs has fresher ingredients.
The ambiance is conducive for a romantic dinner for two or a fun time for a group. The service could not be better and the food is great. The wine list is varied and affordable.

I was first introduced to this restaraunt as a young Marine back in 1995. It was my favorite restaraunt back then. More than a decade later I have yet to find better Chinese food anywhere in this nation that I've eaten it. I'm in the San Diego area visiting and am wonderfully happy it's still her...
We have tried every place looking for great Chineese food in North County. It has a great flavor and an authentic feel. By far the best we have had.
