The service is good however everything we ordered from Palomilla Steak to tostones was horrible. The tostones tasted like it was microwaved no freash cripiness to it an dthe palomilla steak wasnt juicy. I recommend Galindo's Restuarant down the street and inexpensive. Everything there is great!

I have loved El Toro Taco for years and know that I moved down to Homestead, FL it is a weekly visit. We love the family atmosphere, the staff is great about getting the little ones food out quick and are also coming back to the table with chip and salsa refills.
i would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, not even my enemy.
food was horrible and greasy. felt like i was in a jail cell with who was working there. place was not clean at all and no one was wearing gloves
This was the worst meal I ever had. I couldn't even eat my food. And being a fat person that is unusual for me. Although I must admit I ordered the wrong thing. I ordered Eggs Benedict and it was horrible. Instead of Hollandaise it had Some kind of weird chicken gravey. I almost threw up.

This was the best food i have had in a long time i would eat there anytime.Everyone needs to try this place 2 thumps up.
Always good. One friend has eaten there for over 20 years and says it is always the same. Love the combination plates. Service is usually good. At times the place is crowded due to the popularity. Found that going a little earlier helps.
Consistently good tropical fare. Grilled chicken and beef with rice, veggies, plaintains. Tasty and healthy in a fast food format. Order and pickup the food at the counter. Reasonably quick. Ate there 3 times already. Will go back.
