Near Kailua Beach, good food, nice staff.
Baci Bistro offers an intimate setting with consistently good Italian fare. Pasta is made fresh daily, as are several specials including a ravioli-of-the-day and island fish. Other specials include both veal and lamb shanks, both of which go quickly. Be sure to save room for dessert.
I don't get it. Sure it's right across the road from the beach and looks cute from the outside--but the food is so-so, parking is often difficult, there is no A/C, and the salad bar is below average.
