Really beautiful place, great wine list, at very very reasonable prices. Food is great and the tasting menus with wine are sublime.

A crazy time warp of a place that's definitely worn down but worth the experience. Eat for 5 or 50 bucks. I've done both. Get drunk at the bar and play the jukebox full of latin music, r&b and rock&roll. I've done that too. Gaze at the wonder of the decor and sip cheap cocktails while you wait f...

Had an excellent Saturday brunch with the family at this relatively new place. I was surprised to see a truffle omelette and had to have it- to much avail! My family enjoyed there meals as well and we plan to come back soon.

This has to be one of the best retaurants for vegans in America if not the world. The second time I went there I skipped all first and second courses and just went straight for the pudding! There are just so many desserts and they are incredible. The vegan cheesecake is the best I have ever eaten...

I live in Cleveland, and have made special trips to Chicago for lunch at the diner. The atmosphere is cozy, the food is terrific, and the staff is wonderful!

The Chicago Diner is absolutely one of the very best vegetarian restaurants in the Chicagoland area. Their menu is varied and their vegan desserts are absolutely wonderful. The cuisine at the Diner is mostly vegetarian (and vegan) adaptations of American comfort food. They have a reuben sandwic...

Good food, service and presentation; made my guests (customers) comfortable; nice atmosphere - class, some dishes seemed expensive (maybe not by Chicago standards); nice live backround jazz; backround noise level lower than most of the popular sites.
Ed's offers a truly unique dining experiece for any age group. the sassy 50's enviorment paired with the outrageously wierd servers equals a good location for almost any occasion. Crowded as expected and the food can be a bit messy. Prices okay for a chicago resturaunt

Great old fashioned restaurant - if you want something out of an old Chicago setting movie, this is it. Usually a wait, but sidle up to the bar and people watch and the wait is worth it. The servings are plentiful, with great steaks. I haven't tried the pastas, but they also seem to be huge portio...

One of the country's best steak houses. Old time Chicago. Great crowded bar with lots of hussle & bussle. You'd think Al Capone was going to walk in any minute! Don't miss the garbage salad.

The Hard Rock Cafe is a most interesting place to visit. Not only can you eat great food (especially the fries) you can also view a museum of memorablia. I reccomend this restaurant to the upbeat person who just wants to have a good time.

Great place for families - varied menu, specials, ample parking & dining room space. The food is standard fare, prepared well, but NOT meant to be fine dining. My review is based on a casual dining experience.
