I go to this restaurant at least once a month because not only is it the best chinese food in the area, but it is also very clean and for me, that is important. The price of the lunch is very cheap, between 5 and 7 dollars and dinner is a little bit more, but still fair. You get your food very fast....

Food is good! kind of slow getting 2 ya! The bill is always on the high end! They seem 2 be like a franchise but the food isnt consistent it always tastes different! breadstix are good! Overall its not my first choice but its better than dominoes??? the dining room!!! my opinion thats all!!!

We frequent Phil's since Katrina--usually go by boat. I find the food and service have improved greatly since katrina. Love the old Salvaggio's menu- Softshell Crab Duddy/ Patrick. Nice casual dining- great for a large group. Bread pudding is outstanding.
Service is less than you would expect. Food used to be really good, but has gone downhill since Katrina. When I complained to the owner, he basically said he didn't care what I thought. We have stopped going to Phil's after being regulars for years. The view of the Marina is nice.
Phils has the best seafood in slidell, the atmoshere is nice the service was great and the sunsets are beautiful.
